, family owned and operated! We are the Archer Family, born and raised in Virginia.
My name is Tara Archer and my husband name is Eddie Archer. We have been married for 23+ years and we are blessed with 2 beautiful children. Eddie and I are both Registered Nurses with a combined nursing experience of over +20 years.
During our earlier years we worked alongside nurses as nursing assistants. Throughout our working career we have taken care of the elderly population in a Nursing home setting and in a Hospital setting. Eddie specializes in the medical surgical floors working throughout two hospitals located in Lynchburg further enhancing his skills, knowledge and experience with the aging population. Our experience comes from working for 20 years in the Intensive Care Unit (ICU), Med-Surg, Acute Rehab, Diabetic Nursing,Medical Pulmonary and currently Float Nurse between the hospitals and our lovely Daytime Center!

Melanie Dalton is a wonderful asset to the center bringing a compassionate heart and joyful spirit. Melanie is a Certified Nursing Assistant,
Registered Medication Aide, Driver, Receptionist and has CPR/First Aide Certification. Her background has been in the healthcare setting for a number of years.Melanie has many talents and we are thankful to have her with us!
We also want to welcome Christina (Tina) Woody. She has been a family friend for over 20 years. She is a CNA and Activity Assistant here at Raspberry Hill ADC. She has a wide variety of customer service experience and has volunteered with seniors in the past. She has a kind heart and has a wonderful way of making connections with seniors who have memory issues. She is very patient, joyous and has a servant’s heart! We welcome Tina Woody full time! What a gift and true treasure for our participants!
